Today was a work day ...

even though I have vaicaition... I went to the Gym...worked my body... Then I went helping my mother she's gonna move..(again) and she have bought this apartment that she wanna have fixed before she move in... So I have spent like 4 hours painting and removing floor...she is picky and it must be exactly like she want it.. My arm hurts,..:(( damm its gonna be alot of pain tomorrow..and tomorrow the painting will continue..
